The Opportunity
We are looking for a UX/UI Specialist - Salesforce Transformation to join one of our delivery teams and contribute to a large-scale CRM transformation initiative. In this role, you will help improve user experience, simplify access to business data, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions within a complex and highly regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Product Owner to define and evolve user‑centric Salesforce solutions.
- Design functional mockups and contribute to proof‑of‑concept development in non‑production environments.
- Support the deployment of solutions through established Agile delivery processes.
- Improve user interfaces and optimize end‑to‑end user journeys within Salesforce.
