Responsibilities
SaaS Product UX/UI
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, simple experiences for agents and brokers.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to refine requirements and hand off pixel‑perfect designs.
Website & Marketing UX/UI
- Collaborate with Growth/Marketing to produce assets for campaigns, landing pages, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital platforms and marketing material.
Collaboration & Process
- Work with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct user testing, research, and feedback loops to validate design decisions.
- Maintain Figma libraries and documentation for cross-team use.
