Key Responsibilities- Be part of our design team and will report to our Sr.UX/UI Design Lead- Understand UX best practices and the science behind excellent UX - Heuristics, HCI, Cognitive Walk-Throughs, User Journeys, Persona's, and more.It's science!
- Promote and maintain a high standard of quality- Work as a strategic design thinker - Build the vision.Big picture thinking about the product, projects, goals, and the company as a whole.
- Help find creative UX/UI solutions to problems that arise on an ongoing basis- Comfortable work with remote team.
- Deliver high quality design work with pixel perfect and design handoff process with dev team.
- A strong track record of iterative design, working closely with Product Manager, BA, Dev team throughout the entire product lifecycle.
