Job Description
The Utility Worker is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the resort and restaurant facilities. This role provides essential support to daily operations by performing cleaning duties, minor repairs, groundskeeping, and assisting in errands to maintain a safe, organized, and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. General Cleaning & Sanitation
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in all assigned areas.
- Dust surfaces, wipe tables and counters, clean windows and glass panels.
- Sanitize comfort rooms, staff areas, and high‑touch surfaces.
- Ensure all areas meet resort/restaurant hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Collect, segregate, and properly dispose of trash from all departments.
- Ensure garbage bins are clean, sanitized, and replaced with liners daily.
