- Maintenance Tasks: Perform general maintenance duties, including cleaning, repairing, and maintaining facilities, equipment, and tools.
- Support Services: Assist with the setup, relocation, or removal of furniture, materials, and supplies as needed for operations or events.
- Inspection & Reporting: Regularly inspect assigned areas or equipment, identify issues, and report or address them promptly to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in maintenance, janitorial, or utility work is a plus.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of maintenance tools, strong physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
