Utility Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities, including restrooms, hallways, and common areas, to ensure a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.
• Assist with setting up and organizing equipment, furniture, and supplies for events, meetings, or other business activities.
• Handle basic repair tasks, manage waste disposal, and support the team with general maintenance duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
• Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning, or facility management is preferred, with the ability to perform basic repairs and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance needs.
• Good physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning or maintenance equipment properly.
