About The Role

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Locate Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Technicians to safely deliver high‑quality utility locating services. The Locate Supervisor ensures work is completed accurately, on schedule, and in a cost‑effective manner while maintaining strong customer relationships and developing a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technicians, ensuring services are delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations by assigning work, balancing workloads, and contributing to workforce planning and training initiatives.
