Key Responsibilities
- Shampoo and vacuum carpets and upholstery; strip, wax and maintain hard floors.
- Polish brass fixtures, handrails and other metal surfaces.
- Clean guest public areas such as lobbies, stairwells, corridors and elevators; maintain all crew public spaces including crew mess, laundry, bars, recreation areas.
- Maintain the appearance and condition of cleaning equipment and chemical supplies; adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.
- Assist other housekeeping duties and additional tasks as required by the department head.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking) for instructions, procedures and communication with guests and crew.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and guest‑service orientation.
