UTILITIES SUPERVISOR - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
The City of Moose Jaw seeks an experienced, strategic Utilities Supervisor to lead our solid waste management team. Reporting to the Manager of Public Works, you will provide leadership and technical oversight for the City's Solid Waste, Waste Diversion, and Material Management programs. Operating at an advanced administrative level, you will translate high‑level strategic plans into operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold top‑tier customer service.
- Operational Leadership: plan, coordinate, and supervise daily Environmental Service crew activities safely and efficiently.
- Asset Management: manage complex infrastructure (landfill and residential collection) and participate in capital project design reviews.
- Team Performance: recruit, onboard, coach, and manage personnel based on core values.
