ResponsibilitiesPartner with and enable line leaders to meet SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale—ensuring process stability; participate in DMS meetings at shift and line levels.Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment and processes; manage PM systems, workprocesses, and KPIs; oversee R&M; budget.Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build team capability to perform maintenance independently; spend at least 50% of time on technical and maintenance skills development; lead PM systems at the line and department levels.Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements; responsible for change management, spares localization, breakdown analysis, and R&M; cost reduction; represent the department in regional and general technology forums.Assist in VSU initiatives, support benchmarking efforts, and serve as a subject matter expert and trainer on PM subjects.Lead facilities manageme...
