The job of a Process Trainer is to educate, guide, and coach new employees on how to effectively perform their jobs by developing the capabilities required for optimal job performance. The job also involves a number of complementary activities such as Training Needs Analysis, Training Needs Identification, Research & Development of Content, and collation of data for MIS.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver & facilitate trainings per business requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), as well as develop and execute customized Training Needs Interventions (TNI) to support business KPIs.
- Regularly communicate, collaborate, coordinate, and calibrate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coach and act as a guide on progress of new hires and identified outliers.
- Demonstrate excellence, adaptability, integrity, accountability, and respect.
