Application Support Technician (10‑month term)
We are looking for a collaborative and customer‑focused professional to join our IT team as an Application Support Technician.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier1 and Tier2 functional and technical support for the City’s business applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions and application issues.
- Assist with the ongoing operation, enhancement, adoption, and minor automation of assigned systems.
Qualifications
