Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product direction and vision.
- Select appropriate research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics) based on research questions.
- Create and maintain research documentation, repositories, and insight tracking.
- Advocate for user needs and embed a user‑centered mindset across the organization.
- Support and mentor designers and product teams in conducting lightweight research.
