We design products, brands, and marketing for teams that move fast. Now we need someone to help us do more of it.
The role:
You'll work on real product design. Mobile apps. Web apps. SaaS dashboards. Not mockup exercises. Not spec work. Actual products that ship to actual users.
You'll be on-site, full-time, working directly with the founders. No layers. No politics. Just design work and fast feedback loops.
What you'll do:
Design UI for mobile and web products in Figma
Build and maintain component libraries and design systems
Turn rough ideas into clean, functional screens
Work closely with developers to make sure what ships looks like what you designed
Move fast. Ship often. Iterate based on real feedback.
What we're looking for:
1 to 3 years of design experience
Strong Figma skills (this is non-negotiable)
A portfolio that shows you can think through a problem, not just make things pretty
You understand spacing, hiera...
