- Drive various projects and initiatives revolving around New user growth, CRM, platform user/buyer growth and process improvement
- Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives
- through analytics and strong grasp of local market
- Assist in growing PH business growth by implementing various initiatives and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders, both locally and on a regional level such as
- Online Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Regional Marketing, Local/Regional CRM
- Ensure the existing processes on New user/buyer, platform user/buyer and CRM initiatives are well established and analyse/identify areas of improvement further.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and admin related tasks.
