Job Description:

• CRM: Support campaign management to reduce customer churn rate - scope includes execution, data management and analysis
• New User: Maintenance of in-app touchpoints to encourage new buyer acquisition
• Online Marketing: Assist ad campaign execution to boost Shopee's SOV and drive orders - scope involves copywriting, visual creation, and performance tracking and optimisation
• Weekly Competitor Tracking: Assist in competitor analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable with data, quantitative analysis and performance metrics Excel proficiency is a plus
