Purpose

As User Experience Partner, you will cultivate an engaging user experience for our tenants and guests, performing a broad range of property administration duties to ensure expectations are met and assigned properties perform well. You will report to the Manager, Portfolio Operations and collaborate across the organization to address both planned and unplanned operational needs of our users.

• Assist in the management of all users, addressing day‑to‑day questions and concerns including billing issues, lease inquiries, service amenities and special requests.
