Overview
We are seeking a Creative Director to drive Definity's integral creative direction within an AI-driven technology consulting environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior creative professional who combines strong design expertise with modern AI-assisted workflows, elevating visual communication across the organization.
This position is onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
Responsibilities
Define and govern Definity's visual identity across all regions, ensuring brand consistency across internal and external communications
Establish and enforce scalable brand guidelines, design standards, and creative frameworks
Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across creative workflows, from ideation to final asset production
Promote ethical and efficient use of generative AI to enhance productivity, quality, and scalability
