The **USCA Customer Service Specialis**t is located in the department of Commercial Excellence, Automotive Refinish, in **GBS Empresalia Querétaro.**
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete Oracle credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner
- Complete Service Now credits, rebills and other adjustments correctly and in a timely manner
- Manage various reports timely as requested
- Remain current on procedures, training, and system upgrades
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years order management experience with knowledge of business-to-business customer service and proven exceptional ability to perform outlined responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
