Within a small team, you will be responsible for the execution of your projects as well as the planning and implementation of usability development and design validation strategies for Medela's diverse product portfolio. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and make strategic decisions on usability engineering and user experience activities for large‑scale projects/initiatives, including timeline, resources, and budget planning in collaboration with scrum masters and product owners
