Position Summary

This position ensures the safety, reliability, and appearance of facility assets through preventive maintenance, repair, and equipment operation, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, warehouse machinery, and vehicle maintenance.

What you’ll do

• Perform routine preventive, major, and minor maintenance on facilities, equipment, and fixtures, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, clean, test, diagnose, dismantle, and repair equipment to resolve defects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national codes.
• Gather and document capital expense data, recommend repair or replacement needs, and conduct price comparisons.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, contractors, and warranty claims; track parts ordering and inventory.
