Offshore 24/7 in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines, is seeking a Customer Support & Operations Analyst for a US client. The role combines operations and support, handling tickets, onboarding, and QA testing in a hybrid, office-based setting.

You will manage support tickets, troubleshoot platform issues, assist with onboarding, and participate in QA testing. Candidates should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working US evenings from our Clark office.
