Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager specializing in partnership taxation (Form 1065) to join our tax team. The Tax Manager will oversee the preparation, review, and filing of partnership tax returns, manage compliance with federal and state tax laws, and provide strategic tax planning for complex partnership structures. This role requires a deep understanding of partnership allocations, basis calculations, carried interest, K-1 reporting, and multi-tiered entities.
