US Tax Accountant

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you'll play a key role in reviewing tax returns, guiding clients, and supporting our bookkeeping and tax teams. You'll work directly with dental and medical practice owners, providing tax planning, quarterly financial reviews, and proactive advisory support — all in a fully remote, technology-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct first-level technical reviews of business (S-Corp, Partnership) and individual tax returns and supporting workpapers.
• Review monthly bookkeeping prepared by the internal team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Meet quarterly with clients (virtually) to review books, discuss tax planning, and make officer payroll updates.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns involving depreciation schedules, cost segregation, or practice acquisitions (Form 8594, 3115, etc.).
