Job Summary
Looking for Staff Accountants with bookkeeping and accounting experience in a US Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AP, AR, and bookkeeping activities.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Support W-2 and 1099 preparation.
- Work on QuickBooks and Excel-based reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience in US Accounting required.
- Strong QuickBooks Online and MS Excel knowledge.
- Experience in reconciliations and reporting.
- WolfePak experience preferred.
