US Senior Dispatcher - Contractual (US Logistics, WFH)

Schedule

• Friday & Saturday: 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM (9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid lunch from 5:00-6:00 AM)
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM (paid lunch, worked through)

Salary: P50,000 - P60,000

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience as a dispatcher in a US setting.
• Work experience in US Logistics industry is a must.
• Knowledgeable in TMS, GPS, Google Maps and the likes.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Working with sense of urgency.

Level 3 Dispatcher Core Responsibilities

Driver Management & Coordination

• Real-Time Fleet Oversight: Monitor driver locations via GPS/telematics to ensure they are on schedule for pickups and deliveries.
• Dynamic Routing: Independently assign on-the-fly rush orders to the most efficient driver based on proximity, vehicle type, and current traffic conditions.
