- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Must have worked on MSP/VMS model.
- Must have US Staffing experience in Engineering / Semiconductor / Manufacturing/ Energy / Utility / Electric /Aerospace / Non IT for only worked Direct clients on W2 experience.
- Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
