Job Summary
We are seeking a US IT Recruiter with 1–5 years of hands-on W2 sourcing experience and a proven background working with Tier 1 clients to join our growing internal recruitment delivery team. The ideal candidate owns the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding — while maintaining a W2-only submission approach aligned to our client delivery standards. This is a night shift remote role aligned to US business hours.
