Responsibilities :
Oversee onboarding, orientation, transfers, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee experiences.
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and manage personnel files in compliance with US regulations.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ACA, etc.) and support audits.
Partner with payroll teams for timely processing and administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment.
Update and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
