US Growth & Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute US market growth strategies to acquire high-quality users, increase registrations, first deposits, and trading activity.
• Identify and activate high-potential growth channels in the US, including KOLs, influencers, affiliates, Web3 communities, crypto platforms, and strategic partners.
• Localize marketing campaigns, product messaging, and materials to ensure cultural relevance and strong resonance with American users.
• Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality US-based crypto KOLs (YouTubers, X influencers, podcasters, etc.), building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the full KOL collaboration process , including outreach, content briefing, performance tracking, payment coordination, and relationship maintenance.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and channel performance to optimize growth efficiency and improve ROI.
