Job Title: US Compliance Associate Location: Noida (Work from office) Shift: US Shift Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented US Compliance Associate to manage and support pre-employment compliance processes for candidates across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating background checks, drug screenings, and compliance requirements while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: • Good Organizational skills, attention to details, excellent communications abilities. • Initiate background checks in accordance with client policies and applicable legal requirements • Engage with the new hire/rehire to schedule drug and/or health screening appointments • Follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of all background and clinical screening requirements • Co-ordinate with external vendors and labs to monitor the progress of background checks and drug/health screen results.
