US Client Accounting Services (CAS) Associate - Night Shift

CAS Associate – Full‑time, US hours (PH Night Shift).

Responsibilities

• Record deposit and disbursement transactions for clients; track debits and credits accurately and be comfortable with adjusting journal entries
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Develop skills with payroll processing and understand payroll regulations of IRS and the Department of Labor. Use those payroll skills in ADP software
• Develop skills with client accounts payable in BILL (formerly bill.com)
• Obtain a complete understanding of QuickBooks so you can efficiently record transactions in desktop and online versions of the software
• Analyze accounts quickly to identify errors and resolve them
• Demonstrate ability to multitask and operate in a system that is different for each client
• Organize and maintain accounting services workpapers, client data and files in a manner that is easy to retrieve and follow
