McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Benefits Delivery based in our Mexico Global Office. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of benefits programs, policies, and practices for Global Markets. You will ensure operational excellence in benefits administration, collaborate with vendors to meet technical requirements, and provide accurate data to support audits.

Experience Range: 3- 6 years
Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the execution of US benefits programs, policies, and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance
+ Monitor the effectiveness of US benefits administration activities, identifying and implementing areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
+ Manage benefits vendors, facilitating discussions on technical requirements and ensuring services meet organizational needs.
