Assurance Associate – full‑time position working U.S. hours (PH night shift).

Responsibilities

• Learn and complete assurance procedures according to guidelines and firm procedures.
• Assess compliance by examining, analyzing, and verifying financial accounts, fixed assets, inventories, payrolls or cash accounts, grant program costs, records, reports, operating practices, documentation, and related instruments.
• Verify information by comparing and analyzing items to documentation.
• Complete audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
• Communicate audit progress and findings to the project manager.
• Complete the necessary analysis of accounts for review and compilation engagements, including proper completion of checklists and substantive workpapers.
