Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians in executing test-related activities for server and rack products in production.
- Set up and maintain PXE server configurations for product testing.
- Manage and maintain burn‑in and power testing procedures.
- Collaborate with customers, HQ, and the factory on the implementation and upkeep of test programs.
- Actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and revise working instructions; conduct training sessions for production staff.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
