Job Scopes
- Coordinate with suppliers and site team to verify incomplete Purchase Requisition details and ensure correct item procurement
- Source materials, conduct price comparisons, check stock availability, process purchase orders, and follow up on delivery schedules
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
- Support daily purchasing operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
- Minimum Diploma in Procurement or Equivalent or related field
- Preferably min. 1 year working experience
- Training will be provided if no experience
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Knowledge of construction materials will be an added advantage
- Preferably Singaporean / Permanent Resident
