Responsibilities

- Partner with NPI, manufacturing, and quality teams to align on project goals and outcomes.
- Track progress closely, identifying and resolving technical or logistical challenges promptly.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise in precision engineering practices such as CNC machining, micro‑fabrication, and metrology.
- Lead prototype development and assess design manufacturability.
- Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments for high‑precision components and systems.
- Enforce strict quality standards and tolerance levels in all precision engineering projects.
