We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive to help grow our graphic design business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in generating leads through Upwork and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Find and apply for relevant Graphic Design, Branding, UI/UX, Social Media, and Video Editing projects on Upwork.
• Write customized, high-converting proposals.
• Communicate with clients professionally and follow up on leads.
• Generate new business through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communications.
