Job Details
- Salary: $3,000
- Contract Period: Until 31 August 2026 OR 31 Dec 2026 (able to renew)
- Office Location: Nearest MRT Novena
- Working days and hours: 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday, Up to 44 hours per week (based on roster - example: 08:30am to 6:00pm OR 12:00pm to 9:30pm)
- Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection.
- Ensure submissions via manual collection of the completed survey data are keyed into the system.
- Conduct field visits for selected respondents that are not contactable via phone.
- Perform daily updates of call outcomes using Excel files assigned to them.
- Handle objections from selected respondents in terms of survey participation professionally and politely.
