In This Role, You Will
- Engage and discover customer needs on branch entry
- Fulfill customer needs
- Acquire new to bank Premier customers
- Deliver service excellence
- Promote and deliver digital engagement
- Support the branch
- Protect the bank through vigilance against fraud, knowing your customer, adhering to regulations/policies, and minimising operational risk
- Contribute to and maintain an environment where the wider branch team can maximise performance to achieve business objectives while providing the highest quality service
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
- Understanding of bank products and services
- Knowledgeable on branch systems (i.e., HUB, MWS, Evolve, EMEA, ServiceSync among others)
- Completed courses: signature verification, counterfeit detection (PHP and FCY)
