Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Student Information Systems and working as part of a team to support both elementary and secondary schools on issues directly related to Student Information Systems (SIS). This position is also responsible for supporting all processes related to data collection, validation and reporting to meet Board and Ministry requirements and timelines for all OnSIS reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day end‑user functional support and training for school support staff and Administrative Assistants on the SIS product suite.
• Troubleshoot and recreate end‑user problems and identify software issues.
• Escalate issues when necessary to internal or external staff and work directly with vendors to resolve issues.
• Analyze SIS data for integrity and accuracy for all school processes.
