Become a key player in the Ungaluk Program as a Coordinator Assistant, engaging in communication strategy and funding proposal management. This supportive role is pivotal within the Nunavik community.
In this position, you will aid in the communication plan’s rollout and organize meetings for both the Proposal Review and Advisory Committees. Your role involves informing members about funding proposals and assisting in the administrative and financial follow-up. You will also ensure effective reporting and presentations to various organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the communications plan development and execution
• Organize meetings for proposal review and advisory groups
• Relay funding proposal information to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain oversight on funding contracts and disbursements
• Write annual and activity reports of funded projects
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
