As Underwriting Manager at AXA XL Spain, your mission will be taking the lead on all the key aspects of the underwriting operations in the Construction business within the country in accordance with the regional and divisional guidelines. This includes but is not limited to portfolio profitability, account pricing, portfolio rate change, renewal retention, marketing, new business production, development of staff and broker and client management.
