Underwriting Assistant

Role Purpose Whilst working as a member of the Operations Underwriting Support team to deliver accurate risk, record keeping, and reporting, this role will provide operational and administrative support to the Construction Underwriting based in Madrid, enabling them to efficiently manage the growing portfolio of Construction across EMEA. This Underwriting assistant position will help ensure consistent service level, improve operational efficiency and allow underwriters to focus on underwriting activities while maintaining high-quality support as the business continues to expand. The Construction Underwriting assistant will support end-to-end process across the EMEA portfolio.
Key Accountabilities Summarise slip terms and conditions, calculate premiums and exposures, and ensure complete accurate entry of submissions, quotes, risks, endorsements, new/renewal business and transactions into the company system to ensure correct management, statistical, and regulatory reporting.
