Underwriter (New Business, Renewals & Client Portfolio Management) Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management Manage assigned commercial client portfolio Act as the primary relationship manager for corporate clients Conduct regular client reviews and risk assessments New Business Growth Identify opportunities within existing clients Handle inbound and referred new business leads Work with insurers to structure competitive solutions Drive cross-sell of multiple lines, not limited to: Property Liability Marine Engineering SME Packages Renewals & Retention Manage renewal cycle for entire portfolio Negotiate improved terms with insurers Maintain strong client retention levels Identify coverage gaps and recommend improvements Client Advisory Role Provide risk advisory and insurance recommendations Assist clients with claims coordination (when required) Ensure proactive service and relationship management Internal Coordination Work closely with internals team for finance, claims, compliance a...
