Key responsibilities
- Be part of a recognised market leading Political Violence team with a geographically diverse portfolio and broad appetite.
- Ensure risks are analysed and written in accordance with the agreed parameters – making sound, profitable long‑term decisions with a focus on smart rationale underwriting.
- Understand and negotiate insurance in line with corporate standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and new clients/brokers through regular contact, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business and how we add value.
- Manage the business written across the department to ensure that it is compliant with relevant risk, regulatory and legal requirements.
