The Underwriter Manager mission is to take the lead on all the key aspects of the Marine and Aviation underwriting operations within the Country in accordance with the regional and divisional guidelines. This includes but is not limited to portfolio profitability, account pricing, portfolio rate change, renewal retention, marketing, new business production, development of staff and broker and client management.
