The Excavator Operator – Shallow Utilities reports to the Foreman and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of excavators as part of a crew supporting 4-party (URD) shallow underground utility installation, including power, gas, and telecommunications services. This role plays a critical part in excavation, trenching, and material handling activities, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in alignment with project specifications and company expectations.
