Position Summary

Reporting to the Deputy Registrar, the Undergraduate Recruitment & Young Alumni Engagement Associate supports the development and implementation of initiatives that connect prospective undergraduate students with recent McGill graduates and young alumni. Working closely with the Deputy Registrar and the Associate Director of Recruitment, the incumbent will collaborate with institutional partners across the University to strengthen recruitment and applicant engagement efforts by showcasing the academic, professional, and personal pathways made possible through a McGill degree. The Associate will coordinate programs and outreach activities that provide prospective students and applicants with authentic insight into student life, career trajectories, graduate and professional studies opportunities, and the long‑term value and impact of a McGill degree.
