This role ensures visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with Service Now's design system while supporting development handoff. Responsibilities
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for core Employee Center pages. Map legacy widgets to modern components and propose redesigns. Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile within UI Builder constraints. Prepare theme assets and tokens for branding in Theme Builder. Provide component specs and redlines for developers.
